These terms and conditions govern your membership, your use of our classes and your use of our website and booking app. By training with us or using our app, you agree to these terms.
Membership
- Membership is personal to you and may not be transferred without our agreement.
- You must give accurate information when you join and keep it up to date.
- We may end a membership where a member breaches these terms or our code of conduct.
Bookings and attendance
- Classes are booked through our app and are subject to availability.
- Please cancel bookings you cannot attend so others can take the space.
- Our standard cancellation cut-off for class bookings is four hours before the session.
- We may add members to a waitlist when a class is full.
Payments and fees
- Membership fees are payable in advance through our chosen payment provider.
- Fees and plans are shown on our membership page and may change with notice.
- Missed classes are not normally refundable, but please talk to us about genuine difficulties.
Health and participation
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo and wrestling are physical contact sports. You take part at your own risk and must tell your coach about any injury or health condition that may affect your training. You should not train if you are unwell or carrying an infection.
Behaviour
All members agree to follow our Code of Conduct and to treat coaches, training partners and staff with respect. We may suspend or remove members whose behaviour puts others at risk.
Use of the booking app
- Keep your account details secure and do not share your login.
- Use the app only for lawful purposes connected with your membership.
- We may update or withdraw features of the app from time to time.
Liability
We take safety seriously and are fully insured. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or injury that results from failing to follow coaching instructions or to disclose a relevant health condition.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will publish the latest version on this page, and continued membership means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
